Wang Zhihong was born into a family deeply rooted in the world of premium Chinese herbs. His family business, originally established during the Qing Dynasty's Jiaqing era (1796–1820), has been passed down for over 200 years. From a young age, Wang Zhihong learned to identify hundreds of herbs and studied ancient formulas with his father. This heritage gave him a profound understanding of herbal identification and formulation, as well as the core principle: "Herbs are the foundation of healing."
As a teenager, Wang became an apprentice to Mr. Yang Ju Kui, a nationally recognized inheritor of traditional Chinese medicine techniques. Under Mr. Yang's guidance—"A healer must understand herbs, and an herbalist must understand healing"—Wang Zhihong immersed himself in classical texts like the Shang Han Lun (Treatise on Cold Damage) and the Jin Gui Yao Lue (Essentials from the Golden Cabinet). He specializes in treating tumors and digestive system disorders, with particular expertise in using food-grade herbs to address complex chronic conditions.
Over thirty years of practice, Wang has successfully treated over 10,000 patients. His signature formula, "Evergreen for Longevity," which balances strengthening the body's defenses with clearing pathogenic factors, is widely praised for supporting patients recovering from chemotherapy and managing chronic gastrointestinal diseases.
Wang Zhihong believes that the legacy of Chinese medicine must evolve with the times. He has integrated traditional wisdom with modern pharmacological research to establish his own brand, Daoviva™—guided by three core principles: Authentic Herbs | Precise Formulas | Proven Results. His mission is to make the timeless wisdom of Chinese medicine accessible for modern healthy living.
